Jamie, and the marketing team, accomplished what was beginning to look like a "it ain't never gonna happen" event - the sale of a property in Garfield Hts. Marketing team crafted a first-rate description of the property, turning any possible lack into an "opportunity". But Jamie went above and beyond in dealing with the many issues which arose over the course of negotiating the sale to achieving the close. It took some time, but he got me through it and, when the deal looked like we were going to be stopped on the "one yard line" - he got the deal into the "end zone" - and no masks needed! )) Great guy. Mike just recently helped us to close on our first investment property!! As an out of state investor (from Hawaii) as well as a first time homebuyer, trust is probably the most important aspect. I can honestly say that there has never been a moment where I didn't trust Mike and this has all to do with his professionalism and his genuine caring attitude. To summarize our experience working with Mike: TRANSPARENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, & RELIABLE.
Mike, and his team, were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable throughout the whole process. My wife and I went into the process of buying a new home for the first time and Mike took the time to really educate us on everything. He was transparent with us in houses we viewed, something we really appreciated as we could tell he genuinely cared about our investment... it never felt like he wast trying to "sell" us on a house.
Mike was EXTREMELY flexible in showing us houses we wanted to view. For example, early in the process we wanted to view a house that was 5 minutes away from us, but 30+ minutes away from Mike. He took the time to come out in the evening to show us the house even knowing prior that it was already contingent. He wanted to show us the house regardless to learn more about what we were looking for. It's that kind of work ethic and dedication to the customer that you won't often find.
When it was time to close no one worked harder than Mike for us until the day we got the keys. He came to us with answers, not guesses, and facilitated so much behind the scenes that we will forever be appreciative of. Additionally, Mike recommendations for where to find financing and a home inspector were fantastic. Thank you, Mike!

I am an out of state real estate investor. Mike was very helpful in helping me acquire a property. I made a trip to Cleveland to look at properties. Mike researched potential properties I might be interested in before I arrived. He spent the entire day showing me properties.
